The County of San Mateo's Department of Housing is proud to announce  the issuance of the following Notices of Funding Availability (NOFA's):

Program Guidelines for FY 2018-19 Funding of CDBG and ESG for Grant-Funded Community Development Activities including Public Services, Shelter Services, Rapid Re-Housing, Fair Housing, Micro-Enterprise, Minor Home Repair Programs and funding from the State of California Emergency Solutions Grant Program.

PLEASE NOTE:

Program Guidelines for FY 2018-19 Funding of Capital Projects for CDBG and HOME Funding for Housing Development and Public Facility Development and Improvements will be issued on or before December 29, 2017. Once the NOFA has been issued, it will also be posted on the San Mateo County Department of Housing website (http://housing.smcgov.org) under “NOFAs, Bids & Proposals”

Funding available through these NOFA's will be from Federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), the Federal Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Program, the State of California Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Program and the Federal HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) Programs. The timelines for the NOFA public participation and funding approval process can be found at www.smchousing.org

Application Due Date: 5:00 PM on Friday, January 26, 2018.
