Housing Repair and Home Rehabilitation Loan Programs
Unfortunately, the Department of Housing's Rehab Loan Program is not accepting applications. Please check back for future updates.
Based on funding availability, the Department of Housing (DOH) traditionally offers a variety of programs for:
low and very low income homeowners; and
investor-owners who rent to low and very low income homeowners
The property must be located in the Urban County, which consists of the 16 "non-entitlement" cities (Atherton, Belmont, Brisbane, Broadmoor, Burlingame, Colma, East Palo Alto, Foster City, Half Moon Bay, Hillsborough, Menlo Park, Millbrae, Pacifica, Portola Valley, San Bruno, San Carlos, City of San Mateo and Woodside in addition to all unincorporated areas of the County.
The Cities of Daly City (650-991-8068), Redwood City (650-780-7229) and South San Franisco (650-829-6620) offer rehab programs for residents of their cities.
