San Mateo County Department of Housing, with input from its partners, has updated its loan terms and underwriting guidelines, as well as policies and procedures for County-funded affordable housing projects. The updated terms and policies will take effect beginning July 2018.   

Updates to DOH’s loan terms and policies serve to further the Department’s role as a catalyst for increasing access to affordable housing and supporting related community development so that housing permanently exists for people of all income levels and generations in San Mateo County.
